A highly versatile DYNEEMA® hooklink material featuring a removable fluorocarbon inner. Straight off the spool it offers a stiff setup ideal for a wide range of presentations, but by stripping out the inner core, it transforms into a supple hooklink for more delicate approaches.

A super heavy braided tubing developed using Rig Marole’s own design and hand finished in the UK for consistent quality and performance. The only braided rig tube on the market today, it looks and feels identical to a braided leader, with a highly polished stainless steel inner core that allows mono to be threaded through quickly and effortlessly.

After seeing the impact of plastic pollution on our seas, rivers and lakes highlighted in BBC Blue Planet II, we felt it was important to play our part in reducing unnecessary plastic waste within carp fishing. While no single product will solve the problem, every positive change helps.

With that in mind, we looked at one of the most commonly used components in carp fishing end tackle: the lead clip. Traditional lead clips are typically manufactured from plastic, whereas our unique design uses metal construction, significantly reducing the amount of plastic used in this critical piece of tackle.

By rethinking a simple but essential component, we've created a practical alternative that maintains performance while helping anglers make a more environmentally conscious choice.

Fortunately, for us we have a great contact who supplies the NHS with biodegradable implants such as pins, screws and plates for surgery all of which break down inside the human body once they have done their job. With the information on the material used it gave us the idea to utilise this product for our lead clips. The outcome being they are strong enough withstand any angling usage but once in the water are of less danger to wildlife due to being totally biodegradable and eco- friendly. With testing, we believe they should start to break down in freshwater after approximately 8 months.

The material used is different to most thermoplastic polymers in that it is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane. Most plastics, by contrast, are derived from the distillation and polymerization of non-renewable petroleum reserves. Plastics that are derived from biomass are known as “bioplastics.” Available from Spring 2020, in the same design as our existing free fall lead clips, with the addition of a semi fixed lead clip.

Designed to eject the lead instantly on the take or when in contact with weed or snags, helping you stay in control during the fight. By dropping the lead at the right moment, they can improve your chances of landing fish, especially in tricky conditions.

A highly advanced 45lb breaking strain leader material featuring LinkteQ lead-free technology, designed to meet modern lake rules while delivering outstanding performance. Developed over two years, this micro brass chain braided leader is incredibly supple, can be spliced, and follows even the most challenging lakebed contours for a clean, natural presentation.
